My Thoughts: 

I have had The Erris Coven series sitting on my TBR list for a while just begging for me to read them and so the blog tour for Blood Twist gave me the perfect chance to do just that. Fate Fixed was such a great start to the series and I really enjoyed it, but Blood Twist was just exceptional!!! I do admit to being a bit disappointed that book two in the series wasn't a continuation of Lexie and Torin's story but once I was a few pages in that disappointment was out the window.

I'm not going to get bogged down in giving you a big description of the story. I think the book blurb covers all of the pretty perfectly. 

Blood Twist is told in three different voices. Liz, Braden and Death. And it's not until we near the end of the book that we learn the true identity of who Death really is. And it will keep you guessing the whole way through!! He is seriously evil!!! Having already been introduced to Liz and Braden in book one you can easily slip into the story without having those initial chapters of getting acquainted with characters. Although we definitely get to see much deeper into what makes the characters tick and you have a much deeper understanding of them as the story goes on.

Blood Twist is a book that is packed full of romance, but there is death and darkness twisted and woven throughout the story that add's another layer to the book. I enjoyed everything about Blood Twist just that little bit more than  book one. I loved the romance between Liz and Braden. The action and suspense were perfectly played out. The depth of evil of certain characters fit at exactly the level that I like it. And I immediately fell in love with a new character that we were introduced to in Riley. I would love to see more of him in a future book.

Book three, Soul Kissed just can't release quick enough for me!! Bonnie Erina Wheeler's Erris Coven series has made it's way onto my list of favourite series!!

BONNIE ERINA WHEELER is a lifelong resident of New England and a University of Connecticut student.

Having grown up in Berkshire County, Massachusetts, Bonnie discovered her love of writing early on, but did not begin writing novels until May 2011.
