COVER REVEAL: Finding Us (Jade, #6) by Allie Everhart

After the events of last year, Jade and Garret are anxious to get a fresh start in a new town and a new college, far away from the people who tried to tear them apart.

But soon after moving, their relationship problems begin. Jade finds out Garret hasn’t been completely honest with her. And knowing he’s been keeping secrets drives her back to old habits. Garret begins to worry when he sees Jade reverting back to the girl he met last year and yet he continues to hide things from her, thinking it’s for the best.

Jade and Garret thought they’d be safe in a small college town but they start to question their safety when a crime occurs in their neighborhood. And the more they investigate it, the more suspicious it becomes. Was it just a random crime or were they the intended victims?

It’s a turbulent start to their new life together. But this is just the beginning. Plans are in the works behind the scenes and Jade and Garret have no idea what’s in store for them.

Note to Readers - BIG Change for Jade #6!

In this latest installment of The Jade Series, readers will finally hear from Garret! Finding Us is written from both Jade’s point of view and Garret’s point of view.

Allie Everhart writes about dating, love, and romance. She’s also a freelance writer for magazines and websites. Before freelancing, she was a book editor for a publishing company where she worked on several NYT bestselling nonfiction books. She loves to read as much as she loves to write. And when she’s not reading or writing, she’s outside running, which is when she gets her best book ideas.

The Jade Series

The Jade Series is a New Adult Romance that follows the relationship of Jade and Garret in their first year of college.

In Choosing You, (Jade 1), Jade and Garret meet on Jade’s first night at Moorhurst College and despite their strong attraction to each other, they’re not allowed to date because of the strict rules that control Garret’s life.

In Knowing You, (Jade 2), Garret breaks the family rules and begins dating Jade. Their relationship grows deeper but issues from Jade’s past complicate matters.

In Loving You (Jade 3) shows Jade and Garret growing closer as a couple but also hints at the trouble that lies ahead.

In Promising You (Jade 4), in which a new challenge emerges for Garret that could interfere with the future he wants with Jade.

Originally, book 4 was the end of the series, but fans wanted more of Jade and Garret, so Allie recently published Forever You, an all-new, full-length follow-up book to The Jade Series.

BLOG TOUR - REVIEW & GIVEAWAY: To Professor, with Love (Forbidden Men #2) by Linda Kage

To Professor, With Love
Forbidden Men #2
By: Linda Kage
Purchase: Signed Copies l Amazon l B&N l iTunes l ARE

Junior in college. Star athlete. Constant attention from the opposite sex.

On this campus, I’m worshiped. While seven hundred miles away, back in my hometown, I’m still trailer park trash, child of the town tramp, and older sibling to three kids who are counting on me to keep my shit together so I can take them away from the same crappy life I grew up in.

These two opposing sides of myself never mix until one person gets a glimpse of the true me. I never expected to connect with anyone like this or want more beyond one night. This may be the real deal.

Problem is, Dr. Kavanagh’s my literature professor.

If I start anything with a teacher and we’re caught together, I might as well kiss my entire future goodbye, as well as my family’s, and especially Dr. Kavanagh’s. Except sometimes love is worth risking everything. Or at least, it damn well better be because I can only resist so much.

My Thoughts:

"It's always the one you shouldn't want that you end up wanting the most."

"But if she's worth it, nothing else matters. You'll find a way. And you'll sacrifice whatever needs to be sacrificed to get there."

Anyone who has followed my reviews will know that I have a real love of forbidden romances, with my main pleasure being the student/teacher relationship. I devour these books when they fall into my hands. I could eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner and still want more. To Professor, With Love had me even more eager than normal, in that the teacher was the female this time around. More often then not it is the male who is in the position of authority, so I was jumping at the bit to get started on this.

Noel Gamble is the hot shot around town. Star quarterback for his college football team with a bevy of beauties more than willing to quench his every thirst and make all of his desires come true. And he laps it up. Dr. Kavanagh is his literature professor. To say that they butt heads would be an understatement. Outwardly their dislike for each other is there for everyone to see. But the attraction that they are both hiding will eventually start to surface. Will they risk their whole futures and cross the line to see where it will lead?

It broke my heart not to even be able to look at him because Noel Gamble was art, like God's apology for all the regular men in the world.

Noel Gamble, how much do I love you. He had so many of the traits that I can't help but be attracted to. He was protective, loving, caring, selfless... The list could go on. He is the bad boy with the sketchy background who just needs someone to show him the love that he deserves. He carries so many responsibilities around with him. He is Mr Popularity, but there isn't anyone who really knows him on a deeper level. Until he lets Aspen in.

"I just...I love looking at you. I love the sound of your voice. The way you walk. The way you smile and brush your hair out of your eyes. But I will never get over the way you love your family and how you'll do anything to save them. I just...I wish someday, someone would love me like that."

Aspen who initially comes across as so prim and proper, but turns out to be so much more outside of the four walls of the classroom. She is carrying around a whole pile of baggage of her own. She's come from a home where there wasn't a whole lot of parental love, so it made what she found with Noel all the more special.

The age gap between Noel and Aspen is only a few years, so I didn't have to wrestle with those normal feelings that I generally have about the right and wrong of the whole situation. Which is actually one of the things that I love about the whole student/teacher scenario. But everything else about this story was so amazing that it didn't bother me at all that that was missing.

I have to say that Noel and Aspen weren't exactly hiding their relationship very well. There were times that they were very public with their affections, so it was pretty much inevitable that things were going to come out into the open. And that's when we really see how Noel and Aspen really feel about each other.

"There is a charm about the forbidden that makes it unspeakably desirable." - Mark Twain

I really have to mention the amazing quotes at the start of each chapter. They were so incredibly perfect. I think I highlighted every single one of them on my Kindle. Each related to the story like it had been written just for that purpose.

This book was a hands down, five star plus read for me. I absolutely loved every single minute of it. The pacing was fantastic and Linda Kage's writing is just, wow!! This is only the second book that I have read by her, with the other being a young Adult read, but she just shines when it comes to writing New Adult. To Professor With Love was a one sitting, unputdownable, captivating, steamy read.

5/5 Hot and Steamy, Noel Gamble Stars.
